By booking a private tour with Imago Travel, you agree to these Terms and Conditions on your behalf and on behalf of any other person included in your reservation.
1. Booking and Payment
- Once you agree to the offer, Imago Travel will issue an invoice with payment details.
- A deposit of 20% to 30% of the total invoice is required to confirm the booking.
- The remaining balance must be paid in cash before or during the trip.
2. Changes and Cancellations
- If changes to your booking cannot be made, you may either proceed with the original booking or cancel, subject to the cancellation policy.
- All cancellations must be sent in writing.
Cancellation fees:
- 30 days or more before trip start → Deposit is payable.
- 14 to 29 days before trip start → 50% of the total cost is payable.
- Less than 7 days before trip start → No refund.
3. Force Majeure (Events Beyond Our Control)Imago Travel cannot accept liability or offer refunds in case of:
- War, threat of war, civil unrest
- Terrorist activities or threats
- Industrial actions
- Airport closures or flight disruptions
- Natural disasters or any other events beyond our control
4. Special Requirements
- Please inform us of any dietary, medical, or accessibility needs before confirming your booking.
- We will do our best to communicate these to our suppliers.
- Preferences (such as hotel location, bed configuration, etc.) will be considered, but no compensation will be paid if they cannot be met.
5. Vehicles and Insurance
- All vehicles used are registered and fully insured as tourist vehicles.
- Each traveler is required to have comprehensive travel insurance, covering:
- Personal accident and medical expenses
- Repatriation (including air ambulance services)
- Loss of money, passport, and personal belongings
- Cancellation and activity coverage (camel rides, trekking, quads, horseback riding, etc.)
6. Liability and Responsibility
- Imago Travel acts as an agent and cannot be held responsible for the actions of carriers, property owners, suppliers, guides, or transport providers.
- We are not liable for personal injury, illness, death, loss, or damage unless caused by our proven negligence.
- Accommodation and local services may not meet the same standards as in your home country. While we carefully select partners, we cannot guarantee uniform standards.
7. Acceptance of Terms
By booking with Imago Travel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions on behalf of yourself and all members of your group.
